At Dr. B, our goal has always been to make virtual care as affordable and accessible as possible. The truth is, we haven't been able to do so with the Optimize It program on our platform. Treatments like hormone therapy are inherently complex, requiring specialized provider care, ongoing lab work, and extensive administrative support, which ultimately made it impossible for us to offer this service at the low prices we'd like to.

How to transition your treatment
Dr. B will securely transfer your records to Lemonaid Health on November 4, 2026.
- Get your next refill at Lemonaid Health: When you are ready for your next refill, head directly to Lemonaid Health to process your request. Dr. B's Optimize It program will also remain available until November 4, 2026 to prevent any lapses in your care.
- To continue care with a different provider, you can request a copy of your records and share them directly. If you'd like to do so, just email us at hi@drb.ai and ask our support team to start the process for you.
- After November 4, 2026, Dr. B will securely transfer your Optimize It medical records over to Lemonaid Health automatically. Please head to Lemonaid Health to continue receiving care.
If you prefer to continue with an outside provider, you can request a copy of your clinical record and deliver them directly. To do so, log in to your patient dashboard and look for the notification to request a copy of your records. You can also email our team directly at hi@drb.ai.
